Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to both Bondi Beach Central Accommodation and the Sandcastle Accommodation North Bondi .

 

Minimum stay
Minimum 1 week stay during Christmas and New Year period. Minimum 2 night stay all other times.

 

Payment due
Mid to High Season: October to March (inclusive) payment for 2 nights or 50% of stay duration (whichever is greater) payable in advance, and balance due at check-in.

 

Low Season: April to September (inclusive) 2 night minimum stay payable in advance, balance due at check-in.

Long stays: Payment for 2 nights for every week reserved payable in advance, balance due at check-in.  

For special events, long weekends and holiday periods including Easter, Christmas and New Year, we reserve the right to request full payment in advance.

 

Tariff changes
Bondi Beach Central Accommodation and the Sandcastle Accommodation North Bondi reserve the right to change tariffs at any time.

 

Cancellations policy
Payments are non-refundable if you cancel your booking or change your mind once checked-in.

 

Booking changes
Every attempt is made to accommodate requests to change booking dates, subject to availability. Your deposit remains non-refundable in the event that you request a new date for which no availability exists.

 

Non-smoking

Both Bondi Beach Central Accommodation and the Sandcastle Accommodation North Bondi are non-smoking venues. Smoking is not permitted either inside the premises or on balconies. Bondi Beach Central Accommodation and the Sandcastle Accommodation North Bondi reserve the right to ask anyone who ignores this stipulation to leave, without refund.
